Finreon Fixed Income Risk Control® USD Aggregate

Finreon Fixed Income Risk Control® measures  the interest rate and credit risk in the USD-denominated bond market. Based on the risk measurement, the fund invests in long-term corporate bonds or US treasury bonds. The interest rate risk is managed within defined bandwiths using liquid, exchange traded interest rate futures. The total risk born by the investor is similar to the Bonds US Aggregate. The fund is available in USD or hedged in CHF. The fund is suitable as a core investment for investors who wish to participate in the development of USD-denominated bond markets, but at the same time want to prevent large distortions in the interest rate or credit markets through risk control.
