Dr. Ralf Seiz is CEO and owner of Finreon AG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finpact AG. He is also a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and a member of several boards of directors and foundations. Dr. Seiz was Assistant Professor at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), founder and CEO of a consulting firm, and before that Business Analyst in the Financial Services sector. Before obtaining his doctorate in economics (Dr. oec. HSG), he completed his studies in physics at the ETH Zurich (Dipl. Phys. ETH). Dr. Ralf Seiz has many years of proven experience in asset management, pension finance and mathematical finance. The Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ) ranked him several times among the most influential Swiss economists.

Dr. Julius Agnesens is Head of Investment Solutions and Member of the Executive Board at Finreon. Previously, he was working as Head of Investments & Retirement Planning at MoneyPark, in derivatives trading at All Options, and at DWS Investments. Before obtaining his Ph.D. in «Economics & Finance» with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of St.Gallen (Ph.D. HSG), Dr. Julius Agnesens graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) with a Master of Science in «Finance & Investments», as well as from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) with a Master of Arts in «Quantitative Economics & Finance» and a Bachelor of Arts in «Economics».

Simon T. Müller is Head of Business Development and Member of the Executive Board at Finreon. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank in Swiss equities sales to institutional clients for several years. He gained further practical experience at Credit Suisse First Boston, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as well as UBS Wealth Management & Business Banking. Simon T. Müller is holding a Masters degree in «Accounting & Finance» from University of St.Gallen (HSG). He is a «Chartered Financial Analyst» (CFA), a «Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst» (CAIA) and a «Financial Risk Manager» (FRM) charterholder.

Christian Vial, Ph.D. is Head of Innovation und Research at Finreon. Previously, he worked for Kraus Partner Investment Solutions as project manager of Global Tactical Asset Allocation solutions and for Vescore (formerly 1741 Asset Management) as quantitative developer of indexing (smart beta) products. He gained further professional experience at Notenstein Private Bank in Quantitative Strategies und Research and at Credit Suisse in Investment Risk. Christian Vial obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) with a research focus on filtering methods. He further holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). His Master's thesis was awarded with the Credit Suisse Prize for the best graduation thesis of his semester.

Jerom Kämpfer is a member of Finreon's Investment Solutions Team. After his bachelor studies in "Economics" at the University of St. Gallen, he is currently pursuing a master in "Quantitative Economics and Finance" at the University of St. Gallen. Prior to that, he gained practical experience at Swiss National Bank's foreign exchange quant desk.

Felix Löhrhoff is Head of Smart Beta at Finreon. He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Zurich and subsequently earned a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London. His professional journey includes positions in Investment Management at Zurich Insurance, Mergers & Acquisitions at BNP Paribas, and Private Equity at Ardian. Prior to joining Finreon in 2020, Mr. Löhrhoff spent two years working in FX and Derivatives at BNP Paribas (Suisse SA).

Nikolas Anic is a member of the Investment Solutions team. He holds a Master of Arts in Banking & Finance with specialization in quantitative modelling and data science from the University of Zurich. Throughout his studies, Mr. Anic worked as a working student in Cyber Security Advisory (IBM) as well as quantitative researcher in two departments (Economics and Financial Economics) of the University of Zurich.

Daniel Kotas is part of the Investment Solutions team at Finreon. He holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich in Banking & Finance with a focus on Asset Management. He completed the Portfolio Management Program at UZH, which is offered in collaboration with P&K Pühringer Gemeinnützige Stiftung and ZZ Vermögensverwaltung (Schweiz) AG. During his studies, Daniel gained professional experience at Credit Suisse and led the Finance Club of University of Zurich as Chairman.

Ida Pahlke is a member of the Investment Solutions Team. After completing her 18-month apprenticeship for A-level/high school graduates at UBS, she is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich. Alongside her studies, she serves on the Executive Board of the “Finance Club” of the University of Zurich, where she oversees the organization of their events.

Benjamin von Haase has several years of experience in quantitative asset management. He is a member of Finreon´s investment solutions team. Before joining Finreon, he worked as a portfolio manager, quantitative researcher and quantitative investment strategist for Vescore and Tom Capital. Benjamin von Haase holds a Master of Science in «Money & Finance» from Goethe University Frankfurt and a diploma in «Accounting, Finance & Controlling» from Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences. He is a CFA^® charterholder.

Pedro Harder ist Mitarbeiter des Finreon Investment Solutions Teams. Er hält einen Master of Science in "Banking & Finance" von der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften. Vor dem Abschluss seines Bachelor of Science in "Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen" mit Spezialisierung in "Wirtschaftsmathematik" absolvierte er eine Lehre als Konstrukteur im Bauwesen.

Lars Villiger is a member of the Investment Solution Team at Finreon. Following his Bachelor's degree at the University of St. Gallen, he is currently pursuing a Master's in Economics with a specialization in Financial Economics, also at the University of St. Gallen. Previously, alongside his studies, he gained experience in Investment Analytics at Credit Suisse.

Severin Lienhard is Head of Institutional Client Advisory at Finreon. Previously, he has been working at Ardian in the Private Equity Mandate Solutions department and at Credit Suisse in the Product Management and Project Proposal Management team of the Institutional Clients division. He gained further practical experience as tutor and teaching assistant at the University of Basel. Severin Lienhard holds a Master of Arts in «Banking and Finance» with Minor in «Behavioral Economics» from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor of Arts in «Business and Economics» and a Bachelor of Science in «Sports Science and Economics» from the University of Basel. He is a «Chartered Financial Analyst» (CFA) charterholder.

Samuel Schleiss ist Mitarbeiter des Client Advisory Teams bei Finreon. Vor seiner heutigen Tätigkeit war er im Global Sales bei Vontobel Asset Management tätig. Weitere Arbeitserfahrung sammelte er im Bereich M&A bei EY und PwC, sowie im Bereich Wealth Management bei Credit Suisse und UBS. Samuel Schleiss hält einen Master of Science in Finance der Universität Lund und einen Bachelor of Science der Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW). Zusätzlich absolvierte er das Portfolio Management Programm an der Universität Zürich (UZH).

Julian Wössner ist Head of Business Development Germany bei Finreon. Er hält einen Master of Arts in «Banking & Finance» der Universität St. Gallen (HSG) sowie einen Bachelor of Science der Technischen Universität München (TUM) in «Management & Technology». Zuvor war er im Bereich Audit & Assurance bei Deloitte sowie im Private Wealth Management bei Sal. Oppenheim tätig.

Dr. Roberta Maria Koch is a member of the Business Development team at Finreon. Previously, she worked as a teaching and research assistant at the Chair of Applied Microeconomics at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). She obtained her doctorate from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) in the field of "Economics and Finance" with a research focus on behavioral economics. She also holds a Master of Arts in "Economics" and a Bachelor of Arts in "Economics" from the University of St.Gallen (HSG).

Oliver Fürer is head of product management. Previously,  he has been working at Credit Suisse in various roles as a product specialist. He gained further practical experience in the Fixed Income Sales department at Deutsche Bank. Oliver Fürer holds a Master of Arts in «Banking & Finance» from the University of St.Gallen as well as a Bachelor of Arts in «Economics» from the University of St.Gallen. He also is a «Chartered Financial Analyst» (CFA) charterholder.

Arnaud Gougler is Head of Strategic Projects & ESG at Finreon. He holds a Master of Arts in «Banking & Finance» as well as a Bachelor of Arts in «Economics» from the University of St.Gallen. Arnaud Gougler has been working for several years in Business Development at Finreon. He gained further practical experience in financial consulting at Simon-Kucher & Partners as well as a research assistant in behavioral economics at the University of Fribourg, among others. Mr. Gougler is also an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® Holder (CESGA).

Dominique Gilli is a member of the Business Development team at Finreon. He holds a Master of Arts in «Banking & Finance» from the University of Zurich as well as a Bachelor of Arts in «Economics» from the University of Zurich. Previously, Dominique has worked at Ernst & Young, Leonteq as well as at the University of Zurich as a Research Assistant.

Raul Mühlemann is a member of the Business Development Team at Finreon. He is currently completing a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of St.Gallen. Previously, he was an employee at Ecoreps, an educational company focused on university-level tutoring.

Monika Gloor is responsible for the accounting, HR and administrative departments at Finreon. Previously, she worked for several years as a trust officer at Inspecta Treuhand AG. She gained further practical experience in accounting, HR, and administration matters in the accounting department of the Migros Ostschweiz cooperative society as well as in the Stadtgarage AG. Monika Gloor completed her education at the trust office wbt.ch AG and subsequently accomplished in-service training. She is a certified professional in finance and accounting with a federal Certificate.

Alexandra Mylläri is working member of the Business Development team at Finreon. Before joining Finreon, she worked in project management and operations in big tech. She is currently completing her Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education and Bachelors.

Raffaela Schwendener is member of the Business Development team at Finreon. Previously, she worked for several years at STS Schweizerische Treuhänderschule in administrations and as course supervisor. She completed further education in HR at KV-Business School in Zurich.

Alain Beyeler is CEO of Finpact AG and a member of the Extended Executive Board at Finreon AG. Previously, he worked as a lead fund manager for market neutral equity strategies at GAM. Before that, Alain Beyeler worked as a portfolio strategist at Credit Suisse, as a quantitative Analyst at Finreon AG, and as a portfolio construction specialist at UBS AG. Alain Beyeler holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen.

Alexander Lehmann is Head of Products & Advisory at Finpact AG and member of the Executive Board. He has 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Digitalization, Agile working methods and Distribution. Previously, Alexander worked in Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, where he held several positions including Business Developer for Russia & Eastern Europe and Regional Change Lead for EMEA. He holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a CAS in Big Data Analytics & Blockchain from the ZHAW.

Stefania Corapi is Operations Manager at Finpact AG. Previously, she worked for seven years as a fund accountant at AIG Private Bank and Royal Bank of Canada. In previous positions, Stefania Corapi worked in Inducement Management at Bank Julius Bär & Co. AG and as a securities auditor at the Cantonal Tax Office of the Canton of Zurich. She holds a degree in business administration (Eidg. Kauffrau EFZ).

Marcel Elmer is Senior Client Advisor at Finpact. Over the last 10 years he has worked as an individual client advisor at UBS and Raiffeisenbank. Prior to that, he worked in the area of external asset managers in the middle office at UBS. He holds a degree in Banking & Finance from ZhaW Winterthur and a CAS in Finance.
